Sardinia - Cagliari and the Sinis Peninsula

We are delighted to again be offering culinary experiences to the south of Sardinia, combining the delights of regional food and wine, plus the chance to explore fascinating ancient history and enjoy stunning coastline, including a day on a private motor yacht (weather permitting) with lunch on board.

Easily accessible from the UK, Cagliari has one of the best and largest covered markets in Europe.  Our Sardinian itinerary is based on a maximum two hour radius drive of the island's capital and features two locations - staying in the countryside at a charming boutique hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and also a wonderful property on the beach.

Your chef and guide will take great care of you. Delicious pastas, a particular emphasis on seafood, asparagus or funghi porcini depending on the season, pecorino and fresh herbs and tomatoes from the garden will be just some of the ingredients that are used in the classes.  Lunches and dinners will all be accompanied by the  wines of the region, featuring many unknown gems.

This six-night itinerary showcases the best of the region and is ideal for a small group of four to six participants.
