Alessandra welcomes you to her family country estate, she and her husband now run a successful restaurant and cookery school. The classes are taught by Alessandra and numbers are small ensuring one on one teaching, exploration of the region's food along with some classic Italian dishes and some family favourites. There are visits to local food suppliers as well as Umbrian wine tasting.
The estate has 15 elegant air conditioned rooms including 3 suites with views of Assisi and Perugia. The restaurant with starched white linen, serves local food from recipes that have been handed down through the ages and has a great wine list. Its comfortable wood paneled sitting room has an open fire for when the weather turns inclement and a gorgeous swimming pool for when it's hot. The stunning, lush, green Umbrian countryside is quintessentially Italian. All itineraries here are built around culture, delicious food and wine, for independent travellers.
Courses are tailor made and available throughout the year - from either just a day time class with lunch if you are touring the area, or up to a week with hands on classes and optional excursions to Asissi and Perugia built in to your itinerary.
