Combining the chance to explore the area included within the course itinerary, this is a relaxed and friendly approach to Italian cooking with just two cooking classes within a four-night programme. One-day and six-night programmes also available, with the longer trip giving an additional cooking class, plus the optional extra of visiting the ancient sites of Pompeii and Herculaneaum; as well as the possibility of a trip to the fabulous island of Capri.
