Loire Valley - Gourmet cooking courses

For a comprehensive immersion in the foundation of French cooking this five-night course provides all you will need to know to create fabulous menus at home. From knife skills to chicken butchery; stocks and sauces; to mastering croissants and macaroons, this course is ideal for anyone seeking a concentrated and professional approach to French cuisine.

This lovely location is a one and a half hour drive from St Malo for those wishing to take their own car and perhaps take advantage of buying wine in France;  or the TGV train takes one hour 40 minutes from Paris.

Intensive but fun this course provides a thorough grounding in French cuisine and is suitable for all levels of ability.  As an exception to our other courses the price for the Loire Valley school does not include alcohol as each guest is then able to choose the calibre of wines they wish to drink, or not as the case may be.

Price: Eur 1,595 per person based on double occupancy (or Eur 220 single supplement)
