Whether you are a novice cook looking for a six-day beginners course in French cooking, or keen to advance your kitchen skills, we are able to offer comprehensive programmes to suit all levels. Using fabulous local produce from Agen prunes and duck to enjoying an Armagnac tasting, this will be a true taste of Gascony.
We also have a four-day general French cookery course and a four-day course with a special focus on charcuterie, all taking places at this wonderful venue.

From Marlenheim near Strasbourg in the north to Thann in the south near Mulhouse, the 170km-long wine route encompasses charming medieval villages, castles and Renaissance houses. With hearty cooking and typical dishes of the region including choucroute; and foie gras; to Gugelhopf yeasted bread as well as delicious wines, the Alsace region is delightful.
Combining with the historical and quintessentially pretty town of Colmar, home to the acclaimed Unterlinden Museum housed in a former monastery; as well as birthplace of Bartholdi - designer of the State of Liberty, this pocket of France offers many treasures.
