Showcasing the best of Spanish cooking, tapas skills and also incorporating the Moorish influence in dishes, this is an excellent course to discover the world of sherry too.  The relaxed but full programme does include some time to enjoy the delights of the area with and optional beach visit, weather permitting (which is more often than not).
