Andalucia, Vejer - Cookery courses

Enjoy a true taste of the south of Spain at this charming hill town...

Accessible via Jerez Airport; Gibralter Airport; or slightly further away Seville Airport, this wonderful location in Andalucia offers a true southern Spain delight. Showcasing the best of Spanish cooking, tapas skills and also incorporating the Moorish influence in dishes, this is an excellent course to discover the world of sherry too.  The relaxed but full programme does include some time to enjoy the delights of the area with and optional beach visit, weather permitting (which is more often than not).

One-day courses also available for independent travellers staying in the region. These comprise either a market or shop visit; include preparation of six recipes (possibly eight) and includes lunch with drinks, from Eur 150 per person.
