Cheese and wine are a match made in heaven. Hosted at St. James’s Hotel & Club, whose restaurant has recently been awarded a Michelin star, together with cheese experts Paxton & Whitfield you will have the chance to sample some of these treasures at our delectable Cheese and Wine pairing Masterclass. Together with like-minded fellow connoisseurs, learn how to expertly match cheese and wine in this fun, interactive and informative class which will be completed with lunch prepared by the Executive Chef William Drabble.

William will also be showcasing some of the cheeses in his seasonal, locally sourced food. This Masterclass is designed for anyone who would like to experience some of the best British cheeses, wonderful wine, Michelin starred dining and dinner party-like atmosphere in a luxurious setting. Your course will include a welcome drink, wine degustation and cheese lesson, three course lunch with matching wines and a selection of British cheeses for dessert and a goodie bag with a Paxton & Whitfield cheese sample to take home.
